Laptop question

[Tosh]

Hard drive is working overtime - it's sitting on the kitchen bench just grinding away there not doing a great deal. And when I do try do stuff it's slow as hell

 

 

Any suggestions as to making it work better - I used to have Systemworks on it and that had a disk checker, defragger etc

 

I poured a hot cup of Java all over it and that doesn't seemd to have helped
