Warrington part of Manchester?

Just watched granada and an IKEA advert came up saying that there are two IKEA stores in Manchester, the problem being one of them was actually in Warrington, now pardon my geography but what the f***?

 

The trouble with Manchester is that is a blackhole geographically and everything is starting to fall into it ? everything is either in Manchester, near manchester or close by , I know st helens is wool land but should they really be reading the manchester evenign news for example?

 

although to be fair when something bad is being reported ,everyting is just 'near Liverpool' so thats alrite then.
