getting through to the ticket office

has anyone managed to get through to the ticket office today on either the fancard line or the shareholders line? my mate has tried all morning and I have on and off for large periods throughout the day. engaged all the time. do they just leave the phone off the hook?

f***ing hell, he got through the the fancard line and they said they won't do the share ones on there and they'll only possibly do both on the share line. f***ing incompetent **** s .

through at last .... they wouldn't let me get my mate who qualified in the ballot though.

the whole thing is f***en garbage. Website always crashes on days tickets are available and ticket line is always engaged. Dont even get me started on why macaabi game and other qualifiers dont count......

I got through on the first attempt on the ST/FC line, but took half a day to get through on the shareholder line
