Premier League to sue YouTube

Recommended Posts

Wont be long before there's official PL footage on the tube then, they'll settle on a deal with a kick-back.

Viacom is more interesting. For years they paid nothing for the music videos that are the majority of their content but not actually their property, unlike radio stations for example, who have paid to play. It's still not really theirs, they're just chasing the videos that have been ripped from MTv broadcasts, and all the while many of the record companies are doing deals to release the actual videos to the tube, making Viacom irrelevent, even for a settlement; who wants to watch s*** like Cribs or Newlyweds?
