I have a field in a table that is consistently 5 characters ? say ?abcde?

I have another field in another tabel that is only 3 characters ?cde? ? the right 3 characters

 

I want to run a query that returns the matching info from the two tables ? so I?m trying tio do a query that just selects the right 3 characters from the 5 character field in the first query ? and right[(field name, 3)] isn?t working ? either in the criteria or a new field. (I?m getting a compile error)

 

What expression do I use?
