You know the one; great for core stability, all the footballers are now into it, supposed to reduce injuries etc. Elbows and toes on the floor while you make a bridge for 5X 1 minute. Isn't it horrible? Everything starts trembling, your belly aches, your arms spasm and that's after 30 seconds! You've another half minute and then 4 more of those agonising minutes to do! I know it's fantastic for you like but even the burn of push/pull ups is preferable to this one.

 

Anyone know of a worse/harder daily exercise than that?
