Access help � update query

On a database I?ve set up someone has managed to do an update query.

 

They have managed to update all the ?O??s with someones name. so in the middle of an account name I now have someones name. Now I can replace a whole item ? but I?ve never managed (or wanted to) replace a section of text with another section of text.

 

Anyone know how to do this so that I can undo the 6,000 odd rows of data they have screwed up??

 

Ie ? text entry was ?aerojet?

I want to remove everything that has Skippyjonjones and replace it with an o ? but leave the text either side..

 

 

 

and yes warnings like - "watch what the f*** you are doing because an update query cannot be reversed" were issued..
