An email gets sent erroneously to a large distribution list.

 

A reply to all comes saying "Why have I received this?"

 

Somebody replies to everybody says "Don't reply to all"

 

Somebody replies to all to say "Well you just replied to all".

 

The initial sender then replies to all to apologise.

 

Somebody else replies to all asking to be removing from the cocking list.

 

I end up with 10000 emails, none of which are relevant all replying to all berating people for replying to all.
