Yep, I bet Rafa doesn't care who is in front of us. That's why he HASN'T demanded talks with the new owners about our future and why he HASN'T just this week admitted we're still a way behind the front two. Because he doesn't care.

What PUSH for third place, as far as I'm concerned finishing in the CL places is a minimum requirement and apart from that we should concentrate all our efforts on winning the European Cup. Why should we be trying to beat Arsenal to a position that holds no prestige whatsoever ?

We should want to beat every single team we play, f*** playing for prestige... lets start playing with a bit of pride and passion, a half arsed performance like that yesterday should NEVER be acceptable.

 

Sending them out with the mentality of looking behind is wrong, we should be second at the minute and if they had some balls about them we would be.

 

Second might not get you any prestige but it would be automatic qualification for the champions league and winning breads confidence.

I'm sure that was more because we've played Bolton twice and have Arsenal up next so if we take 3 points off them that would put us 2 points ahead and they'd still have a game in hand.
