Think there's an Irish bar that shows football in the city center, called O'Reilly's. Haven't been in Brussels since 1999 though, so my memory might be hazy.

There is an irish bar over the road from The Bourse just off The Grand Place. Not sure of the name but it's an irish one. Also another one called Celtica i think just north of Grand Place. Would look at me guidebook but no idea what box it's in and not unpacked since i moved.

I worked in Brussels in 2005 and witnessed us winning the Champs League in the Bank Bar just off Avenue Louise. T'was some night.. There's the Michael Collins pub on Avenue Louise but O'Reillys as someone mentioned on The Bourse is as central as you get really although it's a bit shíte compared to the other two. Celtica is full of chavs but there's a good chance you might score one of them
