Dear Points of View.

I must say, I really enjoy Terry Wogan`s daily radio show, with his witty repartee; which he also carries over with ease on the Eurovision Song Contest; but I have a few points I`d like to raise.

When he says such words as: "us" and "we" when refering to the Great Britain entry (nil point), I get confused as to this cheeky rogue`s Britishness.

Another thing is, he bleats on about the the non-commercialism of the BBC, yet his voice is all over the ads on telly!

And finally, get this:

HE GETS PAID £9000 FOR ONE EVENING FOR CHILDREN IN NEED!!!

Does anyone else think there`s something inherently wrong with this?

I wonder how many underprivileged kids are affected by such lining of celebrities pockets?

Disgruntedly yours,

Disgusted.

Dulwich.
