Phone speaker conked out after two months.

 

Took phone to T-mobile shop who said it would be a month too fix and they could not provide replacement.

 

Got work phone and took other phone back to another T-mobile shop- they say it has to go back via the vendor (an internet vendor). This turns out to be rubbish.

 

Complain to T-mobile and end up with e-mail correspondence over 4 messages (all with pointless inane platitudes like "thank you for contacting us-I really appreciate it) until phone is sent back for repair with proof of purchase and warrenty.

 

Bill arrives for phone repairs as phone is apparrently not in warrenty (despite proof). Cue endles platitude e-mails again.

 

Useless timewasting c*nts. Awaiting platitudes to e-mail asking them to cancel account with immediate effect. I imagine they will 'really really appreciate it'
