Everton are to locate to KNOTTY ASH instead of Kirkby,Tesco's have purchased the Old Jam Butty mines site from Ken Dodd and now going ahead with the New Stadium.

When asked, Ken was over the moon,he said it's an ideal location for the little people's club, and Dickie Mint is in the process of recruiting the work force!!!!!

Crap as kirkby is - it doesn't deserve this! Anyway - Cherryfield Drive? What about St. Gregory's School? The Community College, various housing and the Golden Eagle Hotel? Terrible place to build.
