Just spent the last 2 hours doing a reclaim of an email sent to over 300 people, located on 20 or more different servers in Europe, in error...HR sensitive data sent to the wrong mail group. The numpty who sent it also wanted details of when was the last time that each person accessed their email too.

 

Job done :thumbs:

 

What's now happened? Numpty has forwarded the email to the same people, with an explaination of why it appeared and disappeared from their mail file.......the very same mail that they asked us to delete, forwarded to the people who weren't supposed to see it. Sent to them....again. And Numpty has asked us to the same work again.

 

Go and f**k off.
