Used Liverpool as the example, in the context of the terrible reputation we had after Heysel. Even went so far as to suggest the Italian hooliganism problem was ignored for the last 20 years because they weren't seen as to blame for that disaster.

 

They're dealing with their own problems now, but it was heartening to see us actually put forward as an example of how it should be, which can only be of great credit to Liverpool fans in the historical circumstances.
