Great start to christmas

Just had a call from my girlfriend, who's visiting her gran in Exeter. Some c***t has driven into her car, taking the front off completely. She's in hospital, I'm about to drive 230miles to collect her and she's aggrevated an old whiplash injury - 4 days before we're due to drive to Italy for some skiing.
