Hi I run a under 12's club in Derby and we are looking to take them aboad this summer to play a few games as apposed to doing the usual local tournaments

we've looked into the companies that organise them and they are a rip off. So thought I'd see if anyone here knows of any local clubs that have a under 12's team that would be interested in playing a English team. we are looking to come over on a Thursday and come back the following Monday sometime in summer with the idea of playing 2 or 3 games if anyone has any contacts, email address or run a team could you please forward details to me at derbyroyals@hotmail.co.uk

What kind of level are your team at? Good in their league/town/county?

I know it's not that important with u-12s (and also hard to compare) but no point in bringing them far to play teams which might be too good.

I would say good for there age group I have 6 ex acadamy players not that this means much these days but the entire team play top division saturday and sunday leagues and would deffo beable to give an acadamy team a run for there money and would have no problem coping with a better team even if they lost

hope that helps

No harm in losing anyway, I know guys involved in regional teams from Ireland going to Italy getting results from Serie A under age teams.

How far in distance would you be thinking of bringing 20-odd 12 year olds?
