Have a friend with a house there for a few months in the beginning of next year and he's invited me out.

 

Flights are saucy enough but I think I can get a decent enough deal (under ?1000). What's the lie of the land out there, since if the good weather doesn't materialise end of Feb/beginning March ish, I couldnt be dealing with a week cooped up with himself, his girlfriend du jour and my missus.

 

Any one with any experience of it?
