Yes, yes, yes. The powers that be at BUPA have decided that I'm the man to manage a team of ten. Obviously they've made a diseasterous decision, but its their fault not mine.

 

This promotion means;

 

1. More money - but not much more

2. No Saturday working

3. No shift beyond 6pm

4. A couple of days off between Christmas and New Year at no expense to my holiday entitlement

5. I don't deal with customer compaints

6. Only deal with complaints from hospitals and consultants - this means no FSA regulated complaint handling for me!!!!

7. No telephone calls from members of BUPA!

 

I start Monday. Which is nice as I was down to do two 12 - 8 shifts next week...........not anymore!!!!
