Not going to go too far into it, but they are absolutely shocking!

Tried to buy a laptop from them and went through all the finance docs, sent them off etc etc

They then changed the time that they estimated the stock to be in from 3-7 days to 3-4 weeks. Then checked on the website yesterday to see what the status of my order was - and low and behold they had cancelled my order without informing me!!

Aparently because the finance company hadnt sent the docs over, but dabs had not checked with the finance company - they had just cancelled instead!

Absolute w**kers!!

I have just sent a mail to watchdog about their service - throught all the probs i have had with them, I have not once spoken to anyone, due to their NO CALL policy.

 

Do yourselves a favour - KEEP AWAY FROM THEM!
