I am going on a blind date

So, there is this lass at uni whom I hit a bit on before I found out she was taken. Real stunner and we get along great. So last night she comes over to me and asks if I would mind a blind date with her younger sister. I am thinking she is probably also good looking which a mate who knows her confirmed, so that sounds really promising.

 

Anyway having never been on a blind date before, my big question for the wise posters of the forum is: How the f*** do these things work without being incredibly awkard? Any tips for where to take her, things to do, etc?
