He doesn't seem as relaxed as he was with Blackburn. I think he is just trying so hard to prove himself. There is a lot of pressure for places this season and every game and goal counts.

was probably desperate to score last night given the opposition and he had two good chances - one he should most definitely have put away..

 

i think it's probably more a case of the players around him recognising his runs and also his speed - he can't half move once he gets going so if, say, Alonso hesitates for a fraction before playing it then Bellamy's already moved into an offside position despite being onside when Alonso should/could have played the ball.. if that makes sense..
