Djimi's problem was his lack of composure when in possession but as a defender, blocker, tackler, clearer of the lines, marker etcetera he is actually quite good, better than Warnock in those respects, imo, better than Riise but when you take into account the need to be composed on the ball and have decent distribution he wasn't good enough, which is why Warnock is a better player than Djimi.

djimi traore is an appalling footballer and was never good enough for liverpool. he was permanently two seconds away from a disastrous f***-up and simply couldn't pass the ball. we're well rid.
