I'm putting together an ad to go in yellow pages.

 

I've got it in a state i'm happy with in word BUT the yellow pages will only accept it as a .jpeg or.tiff so i'm copying it and pasting into PaintShopPro. When I do that it loses all definition, the letters appear squashed together.

 

Anyone know their way around this kind of work, cos I haven't got the faintest idea what i'm doing here.
