Ramadan Fast

My mate is a muslim and I thoroughly admit to being jelaous as f'ck of the lifestyle muslim blokes lead

 

He has NEVER cooked, ironed or washed his own clothes. His bird and mum run round everywhere after him its the perfect religion for a lazy women hater like me.

 

Unfortunately I can not convert as I already have a fiery scouse catholic bird, although my mate tells me I could have another three wives if I did convert

 

So I am going to to the ramadan fast with him, no eating during daylight for 30 days, £100 bet I have with him that I will stick to it and my bird has promised him she will blow me up if I eat during daylight.

 

Is there any muslims on the forum ? What is the fast like ? And I can only imagine how hard it is in July when you only get about 6 hours darkness in 24 hours.
