Think my parents may have been ripped off

A long time ago, I posted a thread here asking about a trip to Auschwitz for my parents (insert your own punchline here). Someone (FYDS?) suggested the following site

Anyway, my parents booked with them. It's a weird sort of a deal - you arrange flights yourself, then they pick you up at the airport and take it from there, but they seemed legit enough. My folks are due to fly there in a couple of weeks, but the company hasn't gotten back to them recently. So my brother and I have tried to contact them - contact details below - but emails have been bouncing back, and the phone number given doesn't seem to work.

I don't want my elderly parents to fly to Poland and find out that there's no-one there, so they probably ought not to go.

Meantime, a couple of questions for you forumites:

1. Is there any easy way to find out if this company has gone bust?

2. Who should I contact about reporting this?

3. Is that a valid phone number (below), or am I just making a hash of dialing it from the US?
