Think I'm getting scammed on Ebay

I bought Mario Kart for the DS on the 24th of July and it still hasn't arrived yet, I sent an e-mail on Sunday enquiring about it and just got this:

 

Dear buyer ***********,

Thanks alot for your business and attention.

We apologize for all inconvience caused.

Our eBay seller account has been cancelled shortly because of the spoof and

technicial problems.It means we will stop selling items on eBay for a while.

No worry , all shipments will be keep going after PayPal payment received.And

we will keep providing email customer service at toysocean@yahoo.com.hk too

We apologize again for any inconvience caused by our seller account stopped.We

promise we will bring you guys more hot and great items after we came back.Our

account's problem will be solved within 1-2 weeks.Please check out our new

items soon.

There is then a button saying, send payment for Ebay Purchase with a "Pay Now" Paypal button but I've already paid.

 

Sounds very suspect doesn't it
