I've got partially deaf

I can't f***ing hear anything, and its not funny anymore. Especially since everyone has started deliberately dropping words to f*** with my head.

 

I went to the beach and got water in both of my ears.

On the walk home I tried the stuff you normally do to unpop your ears like blow your nose, or that yawning thing. I also tried wriggling my little finger in my ear and shaking my head.

When I got home, I tried those cotton bud things, and I'm pretty sure I shoved wax into my ear canal and now I can hear even less...

 

Someone recommended sudafed, I tried even though its nonsense, now I feel slightly drowsy and deaf.

I'm not paying 40 quid to a doctor to get my ears syringed, any ideas.
