Joaquin -- back in the picture or not?

[floyd]

Birmingham are going they won't take a penny less than £7m for Pennant

That's the last time I'll buy Razzle.

[McBain]

Wackeeeen was never in the picture, thank feck.

Neither you nor I know that though. But it does seem likely

I'd be a bit disappointed if we didn't at least enquire. He's a better rm than any other player we've tried for so far. Simao, Alves Pennant included. That isn't to say there aren't major flaws in his game though

If Madrid are about to extend Beckham's contract I dont see them getting Joaquin. So I dunno where he'll end up

[realtarragona]

Guillem Balague said there's no chance of him coming here on Sky Sports the other day, for what it's worth...

[Guest bluehouse]

Trabelsi is not an option for our right wing needs, and the way Birmingham are going they won't take a penny less than £7m for Pennant, and why should they ?

I sincerely hope we don't miss out on Rafa's no.1 target for the sake of a £1.5m, which should be small change to a club of our stature.

Joaquin as an alternative ? Who wouldn't take that, he's a fantastic player.

We sold Barragan for £1.7m to raise funds, face it, our budeget is about the size of Fulhams at present.
