i just told my current boss of the job offer i've received and he asked me what he could do to convince me to stay. i told him i'll wait for him to give me a proposal and make my decision then... should i have given him what i wanted to stay on instead of waiting for his proposal? came home feeling i may have missed the opportunity ??
