i'm in a right fking mood

a very long day from 7am on a bus to london get there at 2pm for all of 2hrs to cos mayhem to london traffic to demo for lecturer's pay...a long fking day and i get back to manc at about 10pm.

I meet a friend of mine in a pub near by with his friend (unknown to me). First of all, he's insulting about women and 2 women who were together near by and goes on like nothing has happened, not even registering my disgust (it's manchester FFS, a big gay community, get over it). I move on to next subject hiding my anger.

I turn down a drink from him and he returns to table making a big deal of getting by me, groping me while getting to his seat - all a big laugh to him..

then he starts about Liverpool fans being the scum of earth, being thieves, murderers and responsible for getting all English teams being kicked out of Europe. I try to reason saying there was blame on more sides than just Liverpool. He continues saying scousers are scum blah, blah, blah..

Getting rightly p1ssed off now, and after my long day, i make a retort saying 'at least we could get planes that fly'...

Realising it was a low shot, i try to calm the situation...but he makes threats that if i was a guy he would have decked me. I'd be splattered all over the walls...and now i was a danish king, scum of the earth blah-de-blah..

I have never brought up Munich, nor sing Munich songs ever before in my life, but he was doing my head in.

My mate who's a so-fkin called Liverpool fan, says it was so low on my behalf, doesn't look me in the eye and gives me grief about saying such things. Now where's the fkin line here...should I, as a Liverpool fans, as a woman, be expecting to accept grief from all, but when we reply with a retort that admittedly is low, accept being in the wrong???

Why is it alright for some to give it and not be able to take it?
