Can is the weakest of the 3 midfielders, because of the lack of technical ability. Can't fault his workrate though. Gini always works his b******s off and broke up a number of Sunderland attacks.

He did well. Had a couple of shots in the first half. One at the keeper and another just wide. The only thing missing from his game is goals. He should have buried at least one of those chances. It was noticable that Klopp pushed both Can and Gini a lot further forward in the 2nd half as they were both quite deep in the 1st half. The only thing missing from Gini is goals on a regular basis. There's no doubt that without Lallana in the team, our midfield is less dynamic.
