Ask some arsenal fans (they played psv last year or year before) but iirc away supporters have the option of taking a free train to amsterdam straight from the stadium (stadium is next to train track). If that's the case spending the night in amsterdam is much better as there's so much more to do.

eindhoven has ryanair flights from both stansted and dublin. also amsterdam is an hour and a half away so well within distance
