Yes, exactly - Rafa's actually made money from letting players go, which is a novelty at this club. And depending on in how many positions he can improve the playing squad in the summer - depending on much money he gets to spend - we'll see him make money on players like (from) Crouch, Pennant, Benayoun, Voronin. All players who are at this club only because we spend too little money to get the best players. Benitez is a shrewd business man working on a tight budget. I think it sounds rather despressing: Hicks staying on board and taking on a "more active role". Out of the two I would have liked to keep Gillett, if both of them won't sell to DIC.
