My son has an HSBC account and has had for 4 years

He wants to transfer it to a student account as he starts Uni next week

It's taken 2 visits to 2 different branches, each of over an hour, 3 sets of document uploads (same docs) and two very long phone calls. And we are still not 100% sure it'll get transferred.

He's not liking adulting very much, and when they send him a message in their app saying "we need proof of address" ...

I seem to recall reading that there are more H2O molecules in a teaspoon of water than there are teaspoons of water in the oceans

So "gunman" hid in the bushes for up to 12 hours before being apprehended (in itself an oddity), just to catch the Don having a last minute game of golf on a course that he'd been told not to play
