  1. See what happens when players are played in their right position. Kuyt is a forward not a winger and he scored tonight when put up front. Looking at it now the Riera deal doesn't look to bad as he has to be better on the wings than Yossi and Kuyt.
  2. f*** me that was close. Well done Dirk. El zhar was quality and should play out wide all the time.
  3. After all this s*** going about i found this link to the mirror and these are quotes staight from the horses mouth. So if this wont end the s*** nothing will http://www.sundaymirror.co.uk/sport/footba...98487-20192166/ Just seems that when ever we have a big game against the media darlings some s*** is always getting writen. Remember we are rocking the boat this season in the Prem and the media don't like it. Do you really think they want a club in the city they regard as Scum being the best.
  4. I have watched Liverpool for over 40 years so I think I have the right to comment on the current Liverpool setup and compare the slandered of today’s team to the Championship winning teams of the past. f*** you if you don't like my opinions and frankly I couldn't give a f*** about yours but you need to take your head out of the sand if you think it is ok for the chavs and the scum to overtake us and for us to sit at the sidelines and look on. If you think shankes would be happy to see the way the club is at the moment and to see united and Chelsea winning the league year after year I would say you know f*** all about the man and Liverpool football club. So why don’t you just go back to playing Champ manager and take those rose tinted glasses off.
  5. Well by your response i would say you have the iq of a peanut
  6. I think as Liverpool fans we have the god given right to voice our concerns at Rafa and the team at any time. Yes Rafa has done a great job since being here but i don’t see why he would leave Torres on the bench against a team like the brum who will stick 11 men in front of goal. The team yesterday had about as much sting in it as Daddy long legs. What is the point in paying £27 mill for Torres and Bench him against the teams we struggled to beat last season or did not beat. Surely he was brought in to get the goals against teams that we couldn't beat last season. Bar Babel and Vorinin who were both s*** it was a last years team which couldn't do the job last year so why the f*** did he think it would do it this year. Sometimes Rafa is his own worst enemy as far as i am concerned f*** the CL and let’s go for the league cos lets face it it won’t be long before the scum get to NO 19. Im not saying Rafa should go but i think he needs to take a long hard look at what he is doing. We are now playing catch up to the Gooners after losing 6 points against 2 teams we should of spanked and as for this pompy are a good team s*** i say b******s We are a good team they are f***ing dog s*** compared to us and we should be rolling over teams like that. The problem with most Liverpool fans today is that they will accept mediocrity and will quite happily settle for a point at pompy and s**** performances. Well this is 1 liverpool fan who wont settle for second best and is sick to death of second rate clubs like Chavski and the scum overtaking us and looking down at us with contempt. The likes of Shankes will be rolling in his grave knowing what this club has become. We need to win the league soon as we are the only ones out of the big 4 that have not. AS FOR THIS BIG 4 BULLs*** I REMEMBER WHEN IT WAS THE BIG 1 (LIVERPOOL) AND THAT IS WHAT WE SHOULD BE LOOING TO ASPIRE TO AGAIN.
  7. Agree 100% i can't fecken belive that after the s**** of the past two games he still played that attack which has about as much sting to it as a daddy fooking longlegs. I love rafa but if he keeps this up he is gonna tinker us out of the Championship, Europe i dont want that In a way i hope we get knocked out the Champions Leauge sooner so he can just have the Leauge to go after. We have proved we can do it in Europe now go get the next big one Rafa and stop tinkering. Should have played the strongest attack possible knowing quite well the gooners were on to a 3 pointer anyway and with the scum playing the chavs. I mean whats the point in paying £20 mil on Torres if your not going to play him in the games we could not even win last season. Voro = Bench warmer at best Kuyt = Support striker for Nando Nando = First name on the team sheet Crouch = s**** Oh well theres always next year LOL and the year after that and the year after that
  8. Just go onto their website and you will see the link to the scum newspaper. f*** sake there must be some s*n readers on this site why are you defending those f***wits after what they did. Fact is its owned by the same organisation has the same people running the show.
  9. there is no diference between the scum and the news of the world its the same jernos and same people who print these two rags. The NOTW is just the sunday scum. Some on here might be too young but i remember sitting at home watching Hilsbrough unfold then a day later learning my mates dad was killed there. The came that headline and i dont care what anyone on hewre says they are the same paper just with different names. A wolf in sheeps cloathing
  10. Acording to a fellow poster on red and whitekop he has sold out to go work for the news of the world (Sunday SCUM) http://www.redandwhitekop.com/forum/index.php?topic=192041.0 If true f*** the scumbag t***

  12. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jTKlnZMlFV8 just thought i would share this link to the greatest and most modest player we ever had. A complete gent and top bloke. After hillsbrough me dad and his friends went to Anfield to lay flowers and spoke the kenny who sat in the dug out with me dad and friends for a good hour just chattin away (how many of the players these days whould do that). I would give me right nut to have kenny in our team today Imagine kenny linking with gerrard and feeding torres. In todays market i wouldn't even put a price on his head. All hail the King
  13. to be honest i thought i would get slaughtered having brought this thread up but its good to have everybodys opinion about it. Yes fergie would of done well for us if this would of happened but in Kenny which was proved time and time again we had the better manager at the time. As much as a good manager fergie is he is still a toss pot
  14. Just like 1995 then I always thought Kenny had the measure of Fergie and had he stayed Fergie would not have had it his own way in the 90's.
  15. Are you kidding the man had the greatest Liverpool team in history at his disposal (88) and if not for Hillsbrough he would of continued and im sure have won us plenty of more Leagues. I was just asking a hypothetical question but i would give my right and left nut for Kenny to have stayed.
  16. Just a quick question but what would everybody think if old whiskey nose was offered the job to become the lfc manager after Fagan? Would he have lasted as long as he has at united or would he have suffered the same fate as Souness? I know the man is extremely bitter towards us and maybe it is because he was knocked back for the Liverpool job at the time you never know but would we have been the dominant force in England during the 90's. The reason I ask this is because he went to united around the same time as Fagan left Liverpool if I remember correctly and if that’s the case why wouldn't the board at the time look at Fergie and consider him as the next manager seen as he was successful in Scotland. I know he is a w***** but back then there was no grudge between us fans and a certain my Ferguson.
  17. He didnt really want to go there in the first place and big sam will be playing long ball football. I never expected him to stay there for long ad for £9 million i think he will be back in the red of liverpool next year. I will admit i hated the little g******* when he left as i always remember him on skysports going in for his medical at madrid and that is when it hit me he was going. ever since he left we have missed him popping up in the box and putting the chances away. If he wouldn't have left i believe last season we would of won most of the games we dominated and lost I newcastle away ect. I know it might hurt alot of reds to se him in a red shirt again but i think we might have to bite the bullet on this one if it helps us wi the leauge.
  18. to join the rest of the jokers sorry my bad david dein a certain ex arsenal chief exec
  19. I believe we will go out all guns blazin this time with possibly Owen upfront which wont be a disaster. I for one never expected major £30 mill pound signings and going by the echo's report yesterday saying we might go for forlan (hope not) if we have £16 to £18 million to spend on a striker i for one am chuffed to bits at that. so lets say we sell bellers for £9 million get in owen with that and spend £18 million on a s*** hot striker EI peto and the wingers such a mancini, silvr or malouder (forgive the spelling) i will be pleased. Let united spend £20 million on hargreeves who is a poor mans Masch and £30 million on nani and andserson. The chavs have not bought anyone big have they. the a*** are going backwards. Lets say we do have a s*** load of cash it will be in the clubs best interest to say there is unrest within the ranks and that we don't have much money cos lets face it i for one did not expect the club to say we have this amount of cash. Rafa is not soft and has seen the price for players rocket when the likes of Chavski and united have asked clubs about players. Rafa from what i have seen is a very cleaver business man who keeps his cards close to his chest. and if we can sign player x for £15 million by saying we are broke and saving say £5 million well done MR B. Buying players for £30 mill or so is not the liverpool or the rafa way. Rafa won la liga in a similar way and if you ask me knocking barca and real off their perch was a harder task than knocking the mancs and chelsea off theirs. Rafa is the master in reverse Psychology as he is always thinking outside the box. Liverpool will always be talked about in a negitive way in the press as united are the media darlings and have always been. They will always put a negetive spin on us. I bet when the new plans for the stadium are unveiled that there will be headline like "New anfield in doubt due to souring costs and redesign". I picked up on something on here a few days ago said by one of liverpools council leaders after talking to H&G saying the club and city had struck gold. I for one cannot wait for the new season to start and to see the new designs of the stadium i just hope the rumours of it looking like the cowboys new statium but without the roof are correct. I think nowbody expected a quick fix to the solution as building a world class team takes time but im sure over the next few season we will see liverpool becoming the force it once was. Oh and to finish heres a little rumour i have heard. David dean to liverpool.
  20. well going by the vibe on the forums over the past few days you would think we would be playing in the championship next season. We cant have a slow start to the season as we did last year which is what cost us being up there. i belive we will go out all guns blazin this time with possibly Owen upfront which wont be a desaster. Lets say we do have a s*** load of cash it will be in the clubs best intrest to say there is unrest within the ranks and that we dont have much money cos lets face it i for one did not expect the club to say we have this amount of cash. Anyway roll on next season and number 19
  21. Just pulled this off the espn site. minister to quiz Platini over ticket debacle Sports minister Richard Caborn is to raise the crowd problems at the Champions League final with UEFA president Michel Platini after a number of bona fide Liverpool ticket-holders were refused entrance to the Olympic Stadium in Athens. UEFA have put the blame for the problems squarely on to ticketless Liverpool fans or those with forgeries gaining access to the stadium and forcing Greek police to declare the ground full. Caborn will raise the issue with Platini when they meet on June 5 in Brussels. The minister said: 'I have a lot of sympathy with the Liverpool fans who paid their hard-earned money for genuine tickets but couldn't get into the ground. 'The reasons for this need an urgent explanation. We have already raised the matter with the Greek authorities through our embassy in Athens and government officials are also talking with UEFA. 'I will also be putting this issue high on the agenda at a meeting I am to have with Michel Platini in Brussels in two weeks time.' The Conservatives' sports spokesman Hugh Robertson launched a powerful attack on UEFA and claimed the ticket problems in Athens were 'a disgrace'. Robertson said: 'UEFA picked the wrong venue and then compounded the error by failing to put the correct systems in place to manage the situation on the ground. They should look to their own shortcomings before seeking to blame others. 'It is an absolute disgrace that Liverpool fans bought tickets through the club only to be denied entry to the game.' UEFA communications director William Gaillard insisted the Greek police had been forced into a position where they could not prevent some ticketless fan moving barriers without provoking a riot. Gaillard said: 'What's a disgrace is the behaviour of some Liverpool fans who deprived the rightful holders of tickets from entering the ground. 'Such statements from the Conservative Party encourages such behaviour - they should be condemning it. 'There was not a single incident involving AC Milan fans, and when Celtic were in the UEFA Cup final in Seville a few years ago there were three times as many fans outside the ground as inside and there was perfect behaviour.' Gaillard also backed the Greek police, but said that UEFA would be looking again at the arrangements of the final to see what could be improved. He added: 'I believe the police behaved in a very civilised way to avoid anyone being hurt, or worse.' Simon Gass, the British ambassador to Greece, said UEFA needed to look at the issue of fake tickets. Gass told BBC Radio Five: 'The organisers had a plan which involved three cordons to try to ensure that people who didn't have tickets were not able to get into the stadium. 'Clearly there was some element of breakdown where those fake tickets appeared to be legitimate - that's something UEFA must look at. 'The vast majority of fans with proper tickets got in but even if a small minority did not, that's not satisfactory.' Gass is also to speak to the Greek authorities about some fans being tear-gassed as trouble broke out outside the stadium.
  22. typical reaction of a fan who is happy for their club to linger mid table. If it wasnt for fans banging on and wanting the best for this great club we wouldn't even be half the club we are today.
  23. Its time to stand up and bitch slap those manc t***s back to where they belong. Makes me wonder that if souness had not been put in charge and kenney would of stayed there is no way in this world Whiskey Nose would of dominated the Prem in the 90's yes but the man is the go between the staff and the bosses
  24. He's better than Sissoko
  25. I have been floating around the boards the past few days hopeing that somthing would happen with regards to transfers but so far noting major. Now looking on Slysports i see that the scum have said they are signing Anderson from Porto and nani from Sporting Lisbon along with Owen hargreeves. I mean its not hard to rebuild us, but United have put quality above quantity while we have done the reverse. Instead of buying five 4million pound signings we should buy two 10million pound players...again its quality not quantity and thats what we must learn from. Could it be time for a new Chief Exec at our club as it sounds like parry is more interested in going on his hols rather than getting on the blower to george and tom and getting everything sorted out. I know its only early in the window but surely we cannot afford to loose more ground on united. I'm not one for rumours and don't really pay much attention to it but after the past few months i have been really excited about what the summer will bring and i really hope that the new board will pull the finger out of parrys tight a*** and get us back up there cos if we don't and rafa walks it will be a real blow and will set this club back another ten years. I really feel that for the first time in years that we are on the verge of somthing special, however if nothing happens this summer we will be going for fourth or 3rd again next year and possibly with another manager in charge. I know Foster Gillette is coming over in August but by then i'm sure it will too late to get our main targets as they will be snapped up by other clubs. don't get me wrong this is no rant as i am just asking a few questions. I do think we will have to spend a goos £20 to £25 million pounds on a world class striker as Chelsea have Drogba, united have Rooney and Arsenal have Henry all of which are worth or have been worth £20 to £25 million. Tevez or Eto'o would be superb. It's a shame that we missed out on Ronaldo even though he is a dirty diving can't theres no doubt he was the main reason united won the prem this year. In the year we paid £10 million for diouf united paid £12 for ronaldo. Oh well roll on the summer which best not be a disappointment. YNWA
