The only reason I think Tevez might be arriving is the comment that we'll be signing a #10. No winger or striker fits that bill, but Tevez does. To me, Benayoun isn't that player as, although he's a playmaker, he isn't of the stature of a world-class player - Tevez is. Also, if we're selling Luis, unless Stevie plays more forward and less in the middle, with all the CMs we currently have, Luis wouldn't really have a problem getting playing time. For me, the only reason that would be is if we bought a player of Tevez's calibre.

If we were to get Tevez, maybe he just replaces Garcia. Tevez plays very similarly to Rooney who plays off the main striker. Direct replacement for Garcia? Wouldn't surprise me.

You can forget about Alves. It seems there's absolutely no interest from our end anymore. We were quoted as saying we now have a right winger so we are no longer interested in buying him. I think Rafa focuses on Mancini or Tevez after this. Hearing of Malouda's interest to play for Chelsea, I'm sure Rafa will have decided to pursue other options. If we can't strike a deal for Cisse with Marseille, we may see Simao with Cisse going in part exchange. Mancini to be the focus (I hope).

If Alves is set for Madrid, maybe we should make a cheeky bid for Sergio Ramos. Rafa is a huge fan.

Toni, Klose and Ribery. Munich should have sold Hargreaves earlier. They'll be fantastic this season. Question though, have they sold any strikers? who was there previously? surely they have to get rid of a few by taking on Toni and Klose?

Milito is on loan. The goodbye message doesnt necessarily mean he's being sold although I hope we get him.
