I don't get this piece. At the moment we have a crap manager who can't get any decent performance from these players that would have left if Rafa stayed. Fact is they stayed and Roy hasn't got a scooby do. If I could take Rafa minus the players that left (assuming Gerrard, Carra etc.) versus Roy with all those players I'd go with the former at the moment because Roy seems f***ing clueless. I think there is an assumption in your posts that Roy will be sacked and we will get a decent manager. THen possibly we could be better off than we would have been under Rafa. That hasn't happened yet. Here's hoping it happens soon. I don't really understand the implication in your posts that Rafa's sacking led to being able to sell the club. I think that's a bit of a leap of faith at the very least.

To be fair he was talking about bringing him on at 1-0 in a game that could of kept us in the CL. It was a must win game.

Or maybe just maybe the manager is trying to carefully bring a player into the team after a long injury. The pitch was a bog the other night and was an accident waiting to happen. If he brought him on and then he got injured the same people complaining now would be complaining then. Can't win with people. I agree that he needs to start playing but on that pitch on tuesday night wasn't the time. We had enough crocked players out there already in a must win game.
