I wasn't picking him out like he was solely responsible for our sh*tness in the first half, as you say, there were a number of players who weren't playing up to the level we expect. Most people on the the thread were making remarks about Gomez at the time, so I watched him for a while and was very surprised at his movement, or lack of it. It was seriously worse than his usual self, and the reason I posted in the first place. Happy to say he played a lot better in the second half as did a few others.

Dom Slob' has started to play better, not before time, but must agree with everyone re: Gomez, he's been shocking in virtually everything he's done
