Minidisc's

Ok, a mate of mine was in a really good band a while back and he's just found some minidiscs with stuff recorded from them. Inclluding a lost second album. Whats the best way for me to get files from minidisc at a decent quality. I've got a good quality minidisc recorder built into my sound system.
