Guest El Boss Posted March 5, 2006 Posted March 5, 2006 There is a well know war story about a battle in which the general of one side, when approaching the battlefield got his troops, who were outnumbered 4 to 1, to march in a big circle in the gap between trees thus giving the enemythe impression that it was them who were badly outnumbered. The result was the surrender of the vastly superior army. Does anyone know which battle this was? Which war? The name of the general?
