Genius at the match yesterday.

Yesterday, a Chinese guy with a clipboard approached me and asked, "Do you support Liverpool?" Now given that I was wearing red and was on the concourse of the Lower Centenary Stand inside Anfield at the time, I thought "hey up, Sherlock Holmes is in town." He then asked me to show my support by signing up for a credit card! "Mmm, you don't think I'm showing my support sufficiently by actually, you know, paying to get in and generally being here then?"

 

Still, there was at least one other genius there; our Liam had, once again, forgotten his season ticket so had to go the ticket office and pay. He turned to me near the end and said, "I can't believe I've actually paid twice to watch this!" The daft sod!
