Rumour i heard today - some other Liverpool season ticket holder in my college - telling me that he's gonna sign in the summer if we get into the Champions League. I kept asking how did he know. But he kept replying with "I just know lad. Trust me". Which got extremely tedious and annoying.

 

I'm not so sure, i'm not sure if he randomly spouted it or if theres any substance in it. I'm sure you'd know.

LFC made a 10? million bid for him in July that was turned down by Sevilla - since then LFC have had a scout over to watch him three times this season and I think Parry has been over here - the game that he was supposedly "at" I was sat three rows behind his supposed "seat" and I didn't see him...

 

Yes, benítez and the club are still interested as are Madrid, Barca, Juve and Milan.

I think he started off as a RB then developed into a RM.

I'd say he was the Spanish league version of SWP, even though hes Brazilian i think, and extremely highly rated at that - hence the Milan, Barca, Madrid, Juve etc.

 

Seen him play quite a few times, cracking little player. I got over-excited when the lad was going on about him as if he was sure he'd sign. Must just have heard something and going over board - would love to see him at LFC though.
