Electrolux

Fumehood for my cooker is not even two years old but has blown up. I suspect it's the fuse into the unit so not a big job but one that means taking the whole thing apart.

 

Called Electrolux as it's now out of the 1 year warranty and my options are either buy a 14 quid/month warranty or pay a £177 call out charge to get it fixed.

 

Who actually goes for these options? Do they try and rip everyone off with this s***? Let alone their crap appliances.
