ok rafa is gone ...... new manager to be announced asap {please} ........ R.H seems to be the one that the board are determined to get ......

 

firstly can i say , that i'd prefer someone different , but ....... if he does get the job , what can we expect .......

 

well i think he is a very steady manager , gets his squad to work hard as a team , gets the most out of ok players , he seems to be able to find the right player to do a good job .

 

i think we all believe that mascherano is gone , its just how much we get back for him .......approx 30m ?

 

there are a number of squad players who will possibly move on

 

we def already need a left back ,

 

probably a replacement for mascherano

 

probably a improved left sided midfielder

 

outside of that it really depends who the new manager moves on and how many of the younger players are given a larger chance within the squad ..........bouzanis , kelly , ayala , pacheco

i know its clutching at straws , but , if , as widely stated the new manager is to be given approx 15m plus most of players sales , there are a number of talented players out there who will def be moving this summer ............ arda , van der vaart etc

 

hopefully R H can pick up a cpl of good purchases .
