When my son was born (5 days after Istanbul) the wife and I decided on the name Alex.

Now given "other people" with that name (or similarities) I had to "check it out" so Alex was "named after" Mr Raisbeck (Liverpool's first championship winning captain).

 

On a side note his second middle name is Paisley (named for the great man). When he was a few months old my wife said "we should have given him your middle name you know". As she has no interest in football it wouldn't haven't dawned on her, my middle name is Robert...
