I've no experiences of them whatsoever but was wondering is there any open source websites where you can download examples or completed access / files?

 

I've been charged with finding a better way to keep track of what drawings leave our office, costs of printing them, who they're going to etc. as we're running it on an excel spreadsheet at the moment and having to link across 5 or 6 different worksheets for information is getting a bit complicated.
