word formatting (to then drop into excel) help

I have a series of data in word, most of which is tab separated. My intention is to save it into a csv so I can then drop it into a database. However, due to the way the export runs I have one line of data spilling over onto a separate line such as thus:

 

ABBEY CLOSE 17A22 WA14 3

5 1-5, 2-4

 

I want to get the second line of data onto the same line as the first. What's the best way of going about this?
