Ronnie in sex scandal Tuesday 29 April, 2008

Brazilian striking star Ronaldo has become embroiled in a sex scandal in Rio De Janeiro.

 

El Fenomeno has returned to his homeland during his recovery from a severed knee tendon sustained while playing for Milan against Livorno in February.

 

While Ronnie has made headlines because his knee is healing ahead of schedule, it’s his personal life that’s now in the spotlight.

 

Reports in Globo state that Ronaldo spent Sunday night in a hotel in Rio with three transvestites.

 

Amongst them was Andre Albertino, who has accused the striking ace of drugging him and put video footage of the encounter on Youtube; at the apparent request of friend and former team mate Guti.

 

However, Ronaldo insists that he was the victim of extortion and claims that the three men tried to blackmail him by threatening to drag his name through the mud unless they received a sizeable payment.

 

 

The authorities are currently investigating the incident.
