Arthritis.

Awaiting an operation on my hip, not going to give me a new hip because i'm only 43. But they are going to reshape the ball joint to alleviate the pain and hopefully stave off a hip replacement until later in life. Trouble is i've been on the sick since September now and my weight is going in the wrong direction. But still the b*****ds are making me wait for an appointment. It's a vicious circle, hopefully i'll be sorted soon though.

 

Any tips on Arthritis would be welcome.
